Terms and Conditions

BY AGREEING TO SERVICES, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT

By accepting professional cleaning service appointment and agreeing to a service provided by Progan Cleaning, LLC the client agrees to accept Progan Cleaning, LLC’s general terms and conditions listed below. These terms and conditions, together with our letter of confirmation and our cleaning schedule, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no other representation or statements, whether oral or written, shall be binding upon the parties. If any part of this agreement is help to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Cancellations and Reschedules - Cancellations that are done in less than 24 hours of the service appointment time range will result in an automatic $75 cancellation fee charge. Rescheduling appointments in less than 24 hours of the service appointment time range will result in an automatic $50 reschedule fee charge.

  • Expectations - Our cleaners have full permission to deny a cleaning if they arrive at a job and there is more than what was discussed over the phone (bug infestation, hoarding situation, abundant trash, spoiled food, etc)* - you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee and the job will not be serviced. Upon arrival, our cleaner(s) will do an initial walkthrough of the home. They will look for the all items bulleted on their checklist. If more than one of the following items is noted, we will call and discuss the appropriate rate increase to compensate for the added labor needed to complete the job to our standards. Please note, not all of these apply to all cleans, contact us with specific questions. (Grime dust- the thick and greasy seeming dust commonly found on blinds and Vents, Hard water or Lime Water outside the normal amount we see, Grime built-up on walls requiring special attention, Candle smoke residue, Smoking residue, Pet or child caused stains, Dog hair buildup on furniture, shelves, decor, blinds, etc, Excessive mold in any part of the home being cleaned, Excessive trash in any part of the home being cleaned, Stains that appear to be permanent, usually on tiles, toilets, tubs, Excessive stains on doors.)

  • 24 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee - We offer a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee. We want all customers to be completely satisfied of the job done. If you are not completely satisfied, call us within 24 hours, and we’ll come back and redo any missed spots/areas completely free of charge.

  • Frequency Discounts - We offer discounts based on the frequency of the cleaning (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly), however, the discounts will only be valid if the cleanings are actually being scheduled/followed in that frequency. If you signup with a frequency discount and cancel after the first cleaning, the one-time cleaning rate will be charged.

  • Safety - If for any reason any team member of Progan Cleaning, LLC feels that their personal safety is in danger enough to leave the job site, due to actions by the customer, or others at the job site. The customer will remain liable for the full cost of the job.

  • Damage and Liability - Items of extreme value (monetary or sentimental) should be dusted or cleaned by the owner. We assume no liability for damage or loss of items that are not secured in a proper manner, or previously damaged before cleaning. (Example: heavy pictures hanging from thumbtacks, or dings in furniture that were there before we cleaned). Further, we will assume no liability for damage or loss caused by the negligence of the Customer.

  • Inside of Kitchen Cabinets - For our deep cleaning service only, if you would like the inside of your kitchen cabinets wiped down, they should be emptied before the cleaners arrive.

  • After Photos - Our team members may take photos of certain areas from the cleaning after it is complete. For example, photos of a clean kitchen, bathroom, floors, mirror, etc. These photos are sometimes posted to our social media pages, however, we will never take photos or post photos with any personal items in them (like family photos on the wall or in an office).
